Job Summary

As an Express Flight Attendant, you will operate on our fleet of Bombardier CRJ900 and Embraer 175 aircraft. You will be the face of our operation, guiding passengers through short-haul hops and longer regional routes. You will manage the entire cabin environment, balancing the rapid pace of regional flying with a warm, welcoming presence. Your ability to maintain a positive attitude during early mornings, late nights, and irregular operations will be the key to your success.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Enforcement: Enforce all Federal Aviation Regulations with confidence, including seatbelt compliance, electronic device policies, and proper baggage stowage.
  • Efficient Hospitality: Deliver expedited but highly courteous beverage and snack services during short flight segments, maximizing passenger comfort within tight timeframes.
  • Crisis Resolution: Act as the primary de-escalator during high-stress situations, such as severe weather delays or maintenance groundings, providing transparent updates to passengers.
  • Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a pristine cabin environment, conducting cross-seatbelt tidying and galley restocking during rapid gate turns.

Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old with a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a two-person cabin crew.
  • Physical stamina to endure long duty days and continuous movement within a confined cabin space.
