- Claims Processing: Accurately file detailed missing item reports, authorize interim expense reimbursements, and facilitate damage claims in accordance with Delta policy and international treaties.
- Logistics Coordination: Communicate directly with ramp operations, local courier services, and other airline partners to expedite the return of bags to passengers' homes or hotels.
- Inventory Management: Securely manage the BSO storage facility, organizing unclaimed luggage and ensuring high-value items are strictly protected.

Requirements
