Job Summary

As a SkyWest Flight Attendant, versatility is your superpower. You will operate primarily on Embraer and Bombardier regional jets. Because we fly under the banners of multiple major airlines, you will be required to master the specific service standards, branding, and passenger expectations of our different partners. You will handle everything from short 45-minute commuter hops to 3-hour cross-country regional routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Chameleon Service: Execute completely different onboard service standards depending on which mainline partner you are flying for that day. You must seamlessly transition between brands.
• Regional Jet Safety: Master the specific emergency protocols, door operations, and evacuation procedures for the E175 and CRJ airframes.
• Weather & Delay Management: Regional flying often means dealing with complex air traffic and weather delays. You must act as the calming voice and proactive problem solver for stressed connecting passengers.
• Operational Agility: Coordinate closely with regional ground crews to ensure rapid turnaround times, a critical metric in regional flying.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a High School diploma or GED.
• Exceptional mental agility; the ability to memorize and flawlessly execute the distinct service guidelines of four different major airline partners.
• Willingness to fly highly varied schedules, including 4-leg days, overnights, and reserve on-call blocks.
