Job Summary
As an Airport Operations Crewmember focused on Customer Experience, you are the face of the JetBlue brand. You will be deployed across the terminal, from our state-of-the-art self-service lobbies to our bustling departure gates. Your goal is to guide Customers seamlessly through their travel journey, anticipating their needs before they even have to ask. You will manage ticketing, coordinate with Inflight Crewmembers, and ensure that every flight departs safely and efficiently. This airport job requires immense multi-tasking abilities, technological savvy, and a relentlessly positive attitude.
Comprehensive Daily Responsibilities
- Kiosk Concierge & Ticketing: Serve as an active lobby host, guiding Customers through our modern self-service check-in kiosks. You will process complex ticketing requests, manage TrueBlue loyalty program inquiries, and efficiently drop heavy baggage onto the belt system.
- Mint Experience Execution: Provide elevated, highly personalized service to Customers flying in JetBlue's premium Mint cabin. You will ensure their check-in process is expedited and their boarding experience is flawless.
- Boarding Coordination: Command the gate podium with authority and warmth. You will execute our structured boarding processes, enforce carry-on baggage limits, and ensure all security manifests are perfectly reconciled prior to departure.
- Irregular Operations Care: During snowstorms, air traffic delays, or mechanical issues, you are the primary source of truth and comfort. You will re-accommodate disrupted travelers, process refunds, and distribute necessary amenities.
- Safe Operations: Operate the jet bridge to connect aircraft to the terminal safely. You will conduct rigorous security checks of travel documents and ensure strict compliance with all FAA and JetBlue safety protocols.

Rigorous Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be fully committed to an on-site terminal position, requiring constant standing, walking, and physical engagement with Customers.
- Ability to comfortably and repeatedly lift baggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must have full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and all major holidays in a 24/7/365 operation.
