Job Summary

As a Mainline Express Attendant, you will deliver the premium service and safety standards expected of a major legacy carrier, but within the fast-paced environment of a regional jet. • Safety & Emergency Readiness: Execute strict FAA safety protocols. Monitor carry-on baggage limitations aggressively, ensure passenger compliance, and stand ready to command an evacuation at a moment's notice.
• High-Frequency Operations: Manage the extreme pace of regional flying, conducting rapid cross-seatbelt checks and galley preparation during 30-minute gate turnarounds.
• Conflict & Delay De-escalation: Act as the primary communicator during air traffic delays, utilizing expert hospitality skills to calm anxious passengers worried about missing their international connections.

Requirements

• Must be 20 years of age or older with a High School diploma or GED.
• Outstanding stamina and the ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor through long, multi-flight duty days.
• Ability to pass an intense, multi-week safety training academy and rigorous background checks.
