Job Summary

As a Boutique Regional Attendant, you will be the sole flight attendant on board our Embraer aircraft. This requires exceptional confidence, strong leadership, and an inherent passion for hospitality. You will manage the entire passenger experience from boarding to deplaning, providing complimentary premium snacks and beverages while acting as the solitary safety commander for up to 30 passengers.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Solo Safety Authority: Take full, independent responsibility for the safety of the aircraft cabin. Conduct all passenger briefings, secure the cabin for takeoff/landing, and command any emergency situations without backup.
• Personalized Hospitality: Deliver a boutique service experience. Because of the small passenger count, you have the time to learn names, anticipate needs, and provide a remarkably personal touch.
• Ground Logistics Coordination: Work closely with gate agents and pilots at small, regional airports to ensure rapid turnarounds and perfect weight and balance compliance.
• Inventory & Cabin Detailing: Independently manage the restocking of the onboard galley and ensure the cabin remains immaculate between rapid flight segments.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Unwavering independence and the confidence to manage a commercial aircraft cabin completely solo.
