For adventurous professionals seeking deeply meaningful flight attendant jobs, Omni offers the rare opportunity to transport troops and VIPs across oceans and continents.

Job Summary

As a Global Charter Attendant, your lifestyle will be defined by long international deployments rather than standard domestic schedules. You will operate on Boeing 767 and 777 aircraft, often spending up to 18 days away from home on continuous global routing. You will provide critical hospitality and safety oversight for our armed forces personnel and private clients, requiring a profound sense of patriotism, discretion, and immense stamina for ultra-long-haul flying.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

  • Widebody Safety Command: Master complex safety protocols for large aircraft. Manage multiple emergency exits, life raft deployments, and over-water (ETOPS) survival procedures.
  • Troop & VIP Hospitality: Provide deeply respectful, high-quality meal and beverage services to military personnel and specialized commercial clients during long-duration flights.
  • International Logistics: Navigate complex foreign customs, immigration procedures, and cultural norms during extended layovers in remote global locations.
  • Endurance Operations: Manage your own rest and fatigue during continuous time-zone changes, operating efficiently within augmented crew environments on 14+ hour flights.

Exceptional Employee Benefits

  • World Exploration: Experience multi-day layovers in exotic, non-traditional destinations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
  • Premium Compensation: Earn significant per diem rates, international override pay, and lucrative base guarantees during long deployments.
  • Meaningful Work: Experience the profound honor of flying troops home to their families.
  • Full Benefits: Complete healthcare packages, 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid US Passport holding unrestricted global entry.
  • Willingness to deploy for 16 to 18 continuous days per month.
  • Ability to secure a high-level security clearance required for government and military transport.
