Hawaiian Airlines is seeking compassionate and professional individuals to join our inflight Ohana as Inflight Service Professionals. As Hawaii’s largest and longest-serving airline, we have been connecting families, cultures, and communities for over nine decades. This role is a calling for those who believe that safety, care, and cultural respect can coexist beautifully in the skies. In this position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety, comfort, and well-being of guests on every flight while representing the authentic spirit of Aloha. You will conduct FAA safety procedures, provide premium service, and embody our island values—Pono (doing what is right), Laulima (teamwork), and Mālama (care for others). Our passengers come from all walks of life, and your ability to communicate with empathy and calm professionalism will make every journey memorable. At Hawaiian Airlines, every mile flown is part of a greater purpose—bringing people closer to what matters most, with care that comes from the heart.
