Job Summary

As a Sky Club Ambassador, you will serve as a concierge, host, and problem-solver within our exclusive airport lounges. Your mission is to provide proactive, intuitive service that exceeds the expectations of our VIP guests. You will welcome guests at the reception desk, assist with complex travel re-accommodations from the quiet of the lounge, and ensure the club's food, beverage, and seating areas remain immaculate. This role requires an impeccable professional presence and is a strictly on-site position within the airport.

Specialized Responsibilities

• VIP Reception & Credentialing: Warmly greet guests, verify club membership credentials, and manage capacity during peak travel windows with tact and professionalism.
• Concierge-Level Assistance: Utilize airline reservation systems to process flight changes, secure seat upgrades, and monitor connecting flights, allowing guests to relax rather than stand in terminal lines.
• Hospitality Oversight: Actively engage with guests in the lounge. Anticipate their needs, answer questions about amenities, and coordinate with the culinary team to ensure food and beverage presentations meet five-star standards.
• Service Recovery: Handle guest concerns with extreme discretion and empathy. Deliver highly personalized service recovery solutions to maintain the loyalty of our top-tier Medallion members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end customer service, luxury hospitality, or VIP concierge roles.
• Impeccable communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while actively hosting the lounge floor.
• Must be 18+ years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
