Training & Early Responsibilities

• Rigorous Education: Complete an intensive 6.5-week training program covering emergency evacuations, aviation medicine, and American's service standards.

• Service Execution: Learn the intricacies of beverage and meal service to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
• Line Flying: Transition from the classroom to the aircraft, completing initial operating experience (IOE) flights under the guidance of senior crew.
