Job Summary

As a Breeze Flight Attendant, you are a "Seriously Nice" ambassador. You will be operating in a highly digital environment where almost all passenger transactions and requests are handled via app integration. You will provide an elevated, seamless experience for our guests while maintaining absolute authority over cabin safety. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a love for modern technology, and a genuinely kind disposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tech-Enabled Service: Utilize company-provided digital devices to manage passenger manifests, track app-based food/beverage orders, and resolve customer issues in real-time.
  • Safety Command: Ensure the utmost safety of the cabin environment. Master the specific emergency procedures for the advanced Airbus A220 and E-Jet airframes.
  • Seriously Nice Hospitality: Go above and beyond to provide a warm, stress-free environment. Proactively assist passengers with seat assignments, baggage stowing, and app troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Must be 20 years of age or older with a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • High degree of technological literacy; extremely comfortable using modern iOS/Android platforms to execute job duties.
