Job Summary

As a Regional Flight Attendant, you will be the definitive safety and service professional on board our modern fleet of Bombardier CRJ aircraft. You will often work alongside one other flight attendant, meaning your leadership, independence, and accountability are constantly in focus. You will navigate high-frequency flight days, ensuring that every short-haul commuter and cross-country regional traveler receives warm, efficient, and exceptionally safe service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Operational Safety: Execute rigorous pre-flight safety checks, conduct detailed passenger briefings, and maintain absolute vigilance over cabin security during all phases of flight.
• Brand Representation: Deliver a premium onboard experience that mirrors our mainline partner's expectations, including first-class beverage service, economy snack distribution, and proactive hospitality.
• Dynamic Problem Solving: Handle irregular operations, weather delays, and tight connecting flight scenarios by providing clear, calming communication to stressed passengers.
• Medical & Emergency Response: Act as the primary first responder for any in-flight medical emergencies, utilizing advanced first aid and CPR training while coordinating with the flight deck.
